CIRA-FM or Radio VM (formerly Radio Ville-Marie) is a non-profit Quebec radio station founded in 1995 and broadcasting in Montreal at the frequency 91.3 MHz on the FM band with a power of 36,200 watts. It has retransmitters in Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Victoriaville, and Rimouski.
