Super Soup

Mike Graham makes a delicious Super Soup. Almost anything can be added to this classic dish, and it can be made with meat or as a vegetarian dish... Here are the ingredients you'll need:

Olive oil

Pancetta cubes

1 onion chopped

1 leek sliced 

2 cups Water

2 carrots chopped

2 celery sticks chopped 

1 carton passata 

1 bay leaf

Thyme

Parsley

Italian seasoning

I/2 cup barley (optional)
